How long does it take to receive my items?
We have two shipping options.
Domestic shipping: Via Aramex. Usually takes 1-5 business days for delivery depending on where you are located.
International shipping: Via Aramex: Usually takes 5-15 business days for delivery.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your purchase.
Please note: international orders may require customs tax and duty in your country. Please check your local tax laws before placing an order with us to ensure smooth delivery. Foulard does not cover the cost of customs tax and duty.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders to all cities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the shipping & delivery fees are fixed as follows except Jeddah SR 25:

How do I know my order went through?
You will know that your order has been successfully processed once you receive a confirmation email with an order confirmation number. If you do not receive this email, there may have been a problem with your order. You can contact our sales team for clarification here.
When do items need to be returned?
You can return any item within 6 days of purchase from the original date.
WHAT can be returned?
All purchases made from Foulard Online can be returned or exchanged. Only unworn products in their original condition may be returned. Items purchased from the Foulard Online cannot be exchanged or refunded online. Items purchased online can be exchanged or refunded at our Warehouse facility after you make an appointment with our Sales team.
Shipping for returns?
Shipping for returns are paid for by the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of postage on any orders unless goods supplied are faulty or incorrectly provided.
If you have to return your order, you will have to physically visit the shipping carrier outlet and send the package to us on our mentioned address.
Credit for returns?
For refunds, we will return the funds to your credit card account once we receive your goods. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed.
